Bayero University Of Kano (BUK) Post-UTME/DE 2021: Cut-off mark, Eligibility and Registration

The link for registration has been opened for all UTME and DE candidates who chose Bayero University, Kano (BUK) as their first option and registered for the Aptitude Test. The online screening will begin on September 3rd and end on September 18th, 2021.

The University’s Central Admissions Committee and Management have agreed that candidates would no longer be required to take a written test, as they were previously.

Online registration

Candidates are advised to go to the University’s website, www.buk.edu.ng, and register for the 2021 UTME/DE online screening exercise.

The registration deadline is September 18th, 2021. The printing of acknowledgement slips will continue until the 20th of September 2021 at midnight.

Cut-off marks

For programs in the Faculties of Clinical Sciences and Pharmaceutical Sciences, the University has set cut-off points of 220 and above, while the Faculties of Allied Health Sciences, Dentistry, and Law have cut-off points of 200 and above.

For programs in other faculties, the cut-off points are 180 and above. Agriculture, Arts and Islamic Studies, Basic Medical Sciences, Communication, Computer Science and Information Technology, Earth and Environmental Sciences, Education, and Engineering are the disciplines involved. Life sciences, management sciences, physical sciences, and social sciences are among the others.

All applicants are encouraged to upload their O’Level results at any JAMB office or certified CBT center near them (WAEC, NECO etc)
