(AP) NORWICH, England — Leicester won 2-1 on Saturday, leaving Norwich without a point in three games since their return to the Premier League. Marc Albrighton’s deflected strike was the difference in the game.
Jamie Vardy put Leicester ahead in the eighth minute, but Teemu Pukki equalized with a penalty in the 44th minute after Caglar Soyuncu slid in to foul Pierre Lees-Melou.
The Canaries had appeared the more likely to score, but Albrighton punished them in the 76th minute after Vardy set him up.
Norwich’s celebrations were cut short late on as Kenny McLean’s header was ruled out for offside.
After three games, Leicester has six points.
